Most software projects don't fail because the code was bad. They fail because nobody sat with the business long enough to agree on what actually needed to be solved. That's the part I do.

I'm a Solution Consultant at LOGIQUE Digital Indonesia, working the way a forward-deployed engineer does. Rather than taking a finished brief and building against it, I embed with the client's own team — sit inside their operations, map how the work really flows, find where time and money leak — and only then define what gets built. Then I stay on it through delivery: business requirements, architecture review, technical specification, UAT, deployment, and the post-go-live reporting a client's stakeholders will actually read.

As Squad Leader for our web delivery squad, I was accountable for the output of the engineers working alongside me — scoping, sequencing, reviewing, coaching, and owning the delivery commitment when a project got difficult. Leading a squad changed how I work: it forced me to make my reasoning legible to other people, not just correct in my own head.

AI is the multiplier that makes that range possible. I'm accountable for AI-assisted workflows across discovery, documentation, specification, QA scenarios, and client reporting — so an engagement can move from first hearing to signed-off specification in a fraction of the time, without dropping the rigour a client's audit or compliance team expects.

Before LOGIQUE, I spent four years at Maybank Indonesia Finance, ending as Senior Supervisor for Digital Business Development, leading back-end, front-end, and digital marketing staff across corporate web, loan applications, and chatbot systems in a regulated financial environment.

I also teach. I'm a Practitioner Lecturer in the Faculty of Communication at Universitas Gunadarma, and I co-founded Triglobs, a digital agency serving Indonesian SMEs and community organisations. Teaching keeps me honest — if I can't explain a system clearly to a room of undergrads, I don't understand it well enough to bring it to a client's board.
